I admit it. I got fat! Actually i don't think i'm fat but i have put on weight. Going from 13st to 15st plus. Its odd because i actually prefer my face now than i did when it was leaner but and to some extent i prefer my body now - i like the extra weight and stockiness. What i don't like is the fact that i cannot fit into any of my shirts anymore! :( that sucks! So i'm thinking about - just thinking - that its time to do something about it. Go on an eating plan. This is about vanity. I want my shirts to fit. I have so many and none of them really fit. So, what do you think? Are you thinking of losing body fat? What are you goals?
