This part features footage from around the country of towns and cities protesting the household charge, which many cannot afford to pay. As evictions increase, there is a growing movement of Irish people taking the law into their own hands. I find it very surprising that they are not getting more coverage on national media. The documentary also continues the theme of learning from Irish figures of the past and this part makes comparisons with Michael Davitt and Charles Stuart Parnell of The Land League from the 1880's with today.The documentary is for educational purposes.
