This is STILL ongoing and is a real possibility, though I think a settlement will be reached and, as per usual, likely at the last minute. Still...if you are thinking of getting an Xbox, get it before August! Modern Warfare 2 gameplay is in the background with a pretty funny game-winning killcam.
