So I looked up ways to burn fat quickly and lose weight easily. I had just finished a 2 month diet and exercise routine and stepped out of the shower and looked in the mirror and I became extremely depressed. I felt like I didn't look any different than 2 months before. I still looked overweight. It looked like I didn't burn fat at all! It definitely didn't look like I had lost any weight. Just in case it was all in my mind I stepped on the scale and realized I had only lost 4 pounds. I wanted to lose at least 15 pounds if not more! I then tried a couple of other programs my friends were on from pills, to exercise, to different food diets. They all gave me the same result and some even worst results! I was so frustrated. I truly felt like giving up on my goals of getting in shape, losing weight, and burning fat... then I found this amazing program and now I feel and look better than I have in literally years.
