The period from 2013 to 2017 marked a significant economic crisis for him. To support himself, Roshan Sir began offering home tuition in his village, where, in exchange for teaching, he received meals and lodging from other village residents. Many of his students went on to achieve success, a testament to his dedication. During the COVID-19 pandemic, Roshan Anand Sir’s passion for helping students led him to conduct outdoor classes on the banks of the Ganges, where he faced various administrative restrictions. His coaching institute, "Gyan Bindu GS Patna," helped over 1,000 students secure positions as constables in the Bihar Police force.
