Until one car decides to undertake dangerously to shave a few seconds of his drive. What the driver didn't know was their were horses on the road verge. Horses that the riders were ensuring they didn't spook. The driver of this car is just another example of the many idiots we see get behind the wheel that do not understand that driving a car is not a right, and their time on the road is a cost they have to endure.
