For the first time airline regulations will allow Delta flight customers to use their portable electronic devices below 10,000 feet on their Delta flights effective immediately. Every customer will be able to use their e-reader, tablet, and smartphone, in airplane mode, during taxi, takeoff and landing on all mainline domestic flights without inconvenient airline restrictions. At any time during their flight experience they'll be able to access their devices.
