- description: DOWNLOAD: a.pomf.se/zugeyz.CT What this mod (or hack if you prefer) does: Tells the game's camera to permanently stay zoomed in, giving you a first person perspective. Comes with the option to adjust your field of view for better visibility/increased comfort. It's important to note that this a hack that's forcing a third person game to adopt a first person perspective, and as such there are a few issues with this mod which may or may not be fixed in the future: Clipping. The camera is actually placed right above/slightly behind your character's head, and your character's body occasionally goes into the camera. To see an example of this watch the following video when the torch is lit: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wRZMceIv_UQ Poor turn sensitivity with controllers. I highly recommend playing with keyboard and mouse. Your character's orientation does not correlate with the camera's: the camera is facing north but your character could be facing south. When navigating remember to align the camera with your movements (in layman's terms only press w to move). Remember however that when locked on your character's actions are centered around the enemy. Triggering a loading screen resets the camera. Simply zoom in again to fix this. Bows and binoculars may not work correctly or crash the game. Other than that the game is actually very playable in this state and offers a new and unique way to journey into Drangleic. Windows 8 users will almost certainly need to do this to get the mod working.
