A kindly bystander unwittingly helped a robber by telling him hed dropped some of the $6200 in cash that the obber just stole. Two workers at the Brazilian lottery store said a man with a motorcycle helmet on entered the shop and pointed a gun at them on Saturday, March 16. The man took the money and fled with another person, who was waiting nearby on a motorbike. But CCTV footage shows the thief dropping a US$50 note on his way to the getaway vehicle. Luckily for the robber, a friendly customer who hadnt seen the robbery pointed out the money he had dropped and he was able to run back and pick it up before escaping. Police have so far been unable to find the thief.
