- description: An Anatolian Balloons Company hot air balloon crashed near Göreme National Park and the Rock Sites of Cappadocia in central Turkey, May 20 2013. I took this video from a nearby balloon while about 200 meters in the air. Two balloons crashed into each other midair at around 6:13am causing one balloon to fall near the Ortahisar area of Ürgüp, in the Cappadocia region of central Turkey. Over 100 balloons were flying in the area when the crash occurred. Latest reports say that two people died in the crash and over 20 people were injured (http://goo.gl/7v9AC).
