He had an inflamed cyst that I had to I & D (incise and drain) earlier this year, and when I did some of the cyst contents squirted out and got in my pant leg and shoe. Here's the original video: https://youtu.be/9-QmbotqCeI Well, he came in the other day for a general skin exam and I noticed he had a sort of "SuperComedone" or a cluster of solar comedones / blackheads in his nape (back of neck). He had never seen the video I took of his back, so after I extracted this SuperComedone I showed him the first video and was able to film his reaction to it. He is such a sweet man, especially since he's a good sport and allows me to film these procedures i do on him!
