Pixee Fox wears a corset every day and it has helped give her a super-slim, 18-inch waist but now wants to go smaller. To date she's had about 15 cosmetic procedures. Cosmetic surgeon, Dr. Barry Eppley says that having six ribs removed did pose a health risk. The operation lasted four hours and after recuperation, she's hoping to end up with the smallest waist in the world.
