- description: Detectives have released another set of CCTV footage of a man they want to question in connection with the murder of Jordan Maguire two weeks ago. Jordan, 20, was stabbed to death in his Thrales Close home on Sunday May 26 at about 8.15pm. This shows the man as he buys items at the Nisa shop in Marsh Farm about three hours before the murder. Det Insp John Arthur, of the Beds, Cambs and Herts Major Crime Unit, has today (Tues June 11) again appealed for information about this man and officers from his team will be in the area distributing leaflets to homes in an effort to find this man. "Someone must know who this man is," said Det Insp Arthur. "He's clearly been around on the estate for at least three hours on the afternoon of bank holiday Sunday. The pictures of him in the local shop are very clear and I'm confident that someone will be able to identify him." "I believe that this male may live locally or very local connections." "We do need to speak with him so if you know him, please do not approach him but contact the police. If this individual sees this appeal, I would urge him to contact us directly so we can arrange to speak to him," he said. The MCU can be contacted directly at their base on 01707 355666, where detectives can also give advice about remaining anonymous when giving information. Alternatively contact 101, the police 24 hour non-emergency number or independent charity Crimestoppers on 0800 555111.
