Visto che è piaciuto molto del il mix di verdure al forno che ho preparato in estate e che in tanti avete apprezzato, ho voluto provare questa variante. Siamo agli inizi di novembre e si trovano in abbondanza zucca, finocchi e funghi. Ho pubblicato la foto su instagram e la ricetta ha avuto molto successo così ho deciso di condividerla.
