- description: I was delighted to find a koala on the front doorstep on my way out to work. She decides to walk in and make herself at home. This is a wild koala, yet so trusting and curious! I'm not confident in picking up koalas so I had to encourage her out of the house somehow. It is mid April in South Australia and we have had an unusually warm dry month so I would imagine the poor koalas are searching for water. Enjoy!
