- description: British Columbia’s top doctor, Dr. Bonnie Henry, declared a province-wide state of emergency on Tuesday as B.C. announced 83 new cases of COVID-19 and three new deaths related to the novel coronavirus. The province has now recorded a total of 186 cases across the province.
