L’ho voluto chiamare Ciambella del Re perchè oltre ad essere molto ricco, grazie alla presenza di uvetta, Macedonia candita, Rhum e Ciliegie candite, il suo aspetto ricorda molto la “corona del re”. È veramente molto facile da preparare e, se vi avanza, tagliatelo a fettine e lasciatele tostare in forno, verranno dei buonissimi biscotti perfetti per la merenda o colazione!
