These gusts are bringing beautiful snow falls ever closer to the resort and with any luck I will be reporting a fresh dumping to you tomorrow. Flurries have already begun and will continue through the weekend. The heaviest falls are expected on Friday morning with winds continuing until Saturday. With that wind the temperature dropped to minus 1.6 degrees last night which allowed the snow makers to do a quick top up in preparation for weekend flurries. 5 lifts are expected to turn today but keep any eye on the lift report as these winds can require lifts to go on hold. Best Skiing and Boarding is still on Bourke Street. An awesome new initiative starts today called the Buller Bonus Offer. Until we are able to operate ski guarantee lifts again, if you are a fist tracks member and head out through the gates and onto a chair, we will give you a bonus day of skiing or boarding free of charge.
