Maybe overboard would be a better term. Jumping the shark. Hahaha. But I did have a friend ask me to do something for her that kiiiind of put me in a weird spot, you know? Because on one hand, you WANT to help someone when they ask for it. You want to be a good friend. But then again... they're putting you in a weird place, and that's not cool. But hey, if life didn't have hard decisions, it wouldn't be life, right? Luckily for me, her request wasn't as extreme as helping her bury a dead body, so I helped her. BUT, it did kind of change my perspective of her. She wanted to do something that I deemed wasn't necessarily right. So I learned more about her, about myself, and about the future of our friendship with this little endeavor. I think for you, it's just a matter of knowing how far you're willing to go for someone. Or more importantly, where you're not willing to go.
