Most programs have a similar way to do this, so once you have seen how to do it, you should be able to use you own program to do this, or copy and paste your text into a program that can do it, make your changes, and then paste it back into your program again. If you are going to use this option, I recommend just using a text editor like Notepad so it's just text you are changing, and this will avoid any formatting issues when pasting your content back. You can then use your program to format the text, eg: adding bold, italic, heading styles, etc.
