"Let's get out of here," Beth Alberts was heard saying to her husband as the crowd marched by. The protest was organised by Occupy Chicago to coincide with the NATO summit being held in the US city. Prime Minister Julia Gillard was in attendance at the summit, which included the leaders of more than 50 nations. Officials estimated between 1800 and 2200 people were involved in the protests, which continued throughout the weekend.
